I'm sure everyone's seen this a hundred times by now, but it's still fun to watch.

Apple released Mac OS X 10.5.3 last week. A few issues with Adobe's CreativeSuite 3 have been resolved, but some remain. If you've updated to 10.5.3 and having issues with CS3, check out these links.
InDesign crashes when you open an Open, Place, Import Export or Save dialog (CS2, CS3 on Mac OS 10.5.x) Link
Leopard Alert: 10.5.3 contains first Nav Services fix Link
There's also been lots of discussion about file corruption when working with files on a server. Apparently there are a lot more problems under 10.5.3. For the record, Adobe and Quark have always recommended working on files locally. The corruption issue has always been a problem regardless of which version of OS X.
I'll tell this to my clients all the time. Don't open files on the server. Copy them to your hard drive first.
And if you don't belive me. read this.

Mac OS X v10.5 is out tomorrow! Guess I'll make my first trip to Louisville's new Apple Store. Can't remember if it's in The Mall or Oxmoor, though.
Correction: It's in Oxmoor. Link
The new version, Leopard, looks incredible, as usual. I'm most looking forward to using Cover Flow and Quick Look in the Finder. That should make looking for art files about 1000% easier.

My friend Ward at the Apple Store here in Louisville sent me this link to a PC World article about the most notable laptops of 2007. Crazy.
